Qualifications

RPS Imaging Scientist Qualifications are available to candidates who can demonstrate a level of achievement in the field. Candidates are required to demonstrate their ability to undertake a programme of work, write reports and papers, work within a team and produce results. Members who acquire an Imaging Scientist Qualification will also receive a Society Distinction.

Imaging Science Journal (ISJ)

The Imaging Science Journal (formerly the Journal of Photographic Science) is the official learned journal of the Royal Photographic Society, published jointly by the RPS and Maney Publishing.

It is concerned with research and development in all areas of imaging science and related disciplines and the journal aims to maintain coverage of traditional areas of photographic science while attracting submissions and readers in the new technologies. ISSN 1368-2199.

Manuscripts must be submitted online at http://ims.edmgr.com. Full details can be found on the publisher’s website.
